LAVAJET chooses ManWinWin for environmental waste management in the United Arab Emirates
LAVAJET, a company with more than 3,500 employees and a leader in the Middle East region in environmental waste management services, chose ManWinWin to manage its fleet in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The company’s regional headquarters are located in Beirut, Lebanon, and has five more subsidiaries in the region: the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Al Khobar, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. LAVAJET offers innovative and environmentally responsible solutions to governments, industries, and companies. It currently integrates more than 3,500 employees, including highly specialized Engineers, Administrators and Technicians.
LAVAJET manages around 600 trucks with ManWinWin, plus heavy equipment, vehicles, and other machinery. About 17 employees use ManWinWin to record maintenance requests using the Web access.
To meet the needs of LAVAJET, ManWinWin has implemented a solution that focused on improving preventive maintenance, rapid responses in the resolution of malfunctions, the constant track of maintenance history for analysis purposes, adequate and transparent responses to audits made by its largest customers, reduction of failures related to the date and time of receipt and delivery of vehicles, real-time monitoring of executed and ongoing work orders and, very soon, will advance to the analysis of failure modes – FMEA.
LAVAJET implemented ManWinWin’s BUSINESS license, which included MOBILE access, Maintenance Requests, and the email notification plugin.
The implementation of the software was carried out onsite, and conducted by Eng. Talal Bayoun, one of the active ManWinWin Partners in the Middle East, a fluent user of ManWinWin, and with almost 30 years of experience in fleet management.
