TMG Textiles accelerates maintenance digitization with ManWinWin CMMS

TMG Textiles, a leading company in the textile sector and a member of the TMG Group, took its first step toward digital transformation in maintenance management in 2023 with the implementation of ManWinWin software, quickly achieving gains in organization, traceability, and operational efficiency.

Before implementing the CMMS, maintenance management was conducted exclusively on paper, which made it difficult to centralize information, track interventions, and analyze KPIs. The decision to proceed with ManWinWin was reinforced by the positive experience of another group company, MGC Têxteis, which was already using the solution.

Rapid, field-oriented implementation

The project was completed in just three months, between October 2023 and January 2024, combining in-person and online training sessions with ongoing support.

The approach included initial system configuration, asset management, implementation of work orders (preventive and corrective), purchasing processes and material requests, as well as the introduction of inventory management. The ManWinWin Web and App were also implemented, enabling digital reporting of interventions directly in the field.

Immediate Results: Greater Control and Efficiency

Although this is an initial phase, results emerged quickly.

The structuring and centralization of information facilitated real-time control and monitoring. Service requests were streamlined, replacing emails and phone calls with digital workflows featuring clear responsibilities and greater visibility.

In terms of materials, management became more efficient, with costs allocated by equipment and cost center, allowing for stricter control. At the same time, the centralization of the stock of consumables and replacement parts began.

The adoption of the system also stood out for the teams’ involvement. Technicians demonstrated confidence in using the tool, and the user base expanded beyond maintenance to include managers from the infrastructure, electronics, and weaving departments.

A solid foundation for scaling up digitalization

With the foundation in place, TMG Textiles is now preparing for the next phase of its evolution, which involves expanding the use of ManWinWin to all production areas, increasing the number of users on the shop floor, and consolidating work order tracking.

The development of KPIs will also be a critical step toward strengthening data-driven decision-making and continuing to improve maintenance efficiency.
