Transwater centralizes maintenance management with ManWinWin Software

Transwater is a company specializing in the manufacture of concrete-lined steel pipes for pressurized water transport and recently completed the implementation of ManWinWin to strengthen management and control of maintenance on its production line.

The project took place over six in-person sessions between September 2025 and May 2026, involving maintenance managers and warehouse staff. The main objective was to centralize all maintenance information on a single platform, promoting more organized, efficient, and data-driven management.

The implementation of ManWinWin focused primarily on the production line, where it was necessary to consolidate information essential to daily operations, namely:

Currently, teams use ManWinWin to record and access maintenance information, track the history of work orders and inventory movements, and analyze reports to support decision-making.

Rapid and consistent adoption

Throughout the project, the Transwater team remained deeply involved, quickly integrating ManWinWin into their work routines.

• More than 360 assets;
• More than 2,000 items in stock;
• More than 400 completed work orders;
• 23 work orders in progress;
• Only 4 scheduled work orders.

These results reflect consistent use of the solution and a strong commitment to organizing and controlling maintenance processes.
