ManWinWin 7 is here, the latest and smartest version of ManWinWin ever. On this page you will find all the important details regarding the upgrade process. If you are a ManWinWin customer, this information is for you.

How is ManWinWin 7 organized?
ManWinWin 7 is composed of:
- Database. The update is done automatically when ManWinWin 7 is run for the first time. The database is configured at project start-up and automatically updated with all new versions.
- ManWinWin Desktop. Backoffice component that runs on any computer with Windows operating system, with all the resources to configure, use and manage ManWinWin. There is a specific setup for ManWinWin Desktop available in the Download center.
- ManWinWin Winston. Plugin that, when installed, provides the intelligent maintenance assistant, with alerts, insights and predictions using Artificial Intelligence algorithms. There is a specific setup for Winston available in the Download center.
- ManWinWin WEB. WEB component that runs on any browser, with all the necessary resources for technicians in the field. There is a specific setup for ManWinWin WEB available in the Download center.
- ManWinWin APP. An application for Android & IOS that allows you to carry out all operations related to maintenance operations from any mobile phone. Available in Google Play stores for Android and APP Store for IOS.
- ManWinWin API. ManWinWin has a REST API that allows the APP, WEB and integrations with third-party systems to work. There is a specific setup for the API available in the Download center.
- Smart Tag. Existing feature on ManWinWin WEB and APP that allows reading QR code or NFC tag to execute all the maintenance work. It does not require any specific setup.
- Other Plugins. There are currently several plugins that add specific functionality to ManWinWin: Advanced reports; QR Code Generator; External data importer; Service level Agreement (SLA) for intervention requests. Each Plugin has a specific setup, available on the Download Center..

What has changed in ManWinWin 7?
A lot has changed with ManWinWin 7. Here we highlight the main changes that you will find in this version.
ManWinWin Desktop cwith a new interface for the main window and some of the program’s most important windows and several new features, of which we highlight:
- Access management has been completely revised. The concept of access profile was created with the definition of what each user can do on the desktop and on the WEB/APP. All users must have a profile.
- There is now a specific option for general settings, accessible only to administrators.
- There is a specific option for customizing desktop and web fields
ManWinWin WEB completely redesigned with a new interface.
ManWinWin APP, completely built from scratch with many new features:
- Create new equipments with image and technical data
- Work order management with all states and signatures directly on the phone
- Man hour records with start/stop feature
- Records of services and materials in Work Orders
- Smart tag feature for reading QR code or NFC tag
- Running records and reading points
- Maintenance, purchase and warehouse requests
- Stocks situation and carrying out some basic operations
IMPORTANT NOTE: This new APP replaces the old work orders and requests Apps. The old Apps must be uninstalled and replaced by the new one, which connects to the same API. You can download the new APP from Android Google Play or IOS APP Store.
ManWinWin Winston. n intelligent assistant, which when active, analyzes all data to provide Alerts, Insights and Forecasts using Artificial Intelligence algorithms.

Customers with local installation
If you use ManWinWin from your network and local computers, you should be aware of the following:
All the setups (installation files) needed to update ManWinWin 7 are available, as always, on the ManWinWin Download Center.
You must install all ManWinWin components and respect the following order:
- ManWinWin Desktop
- ManWinWin Winston
- Other Plugins
- ManWinWin API
- ManWinWin WEB
Important notes:
Accesses and profiles in ManWinWin has been completely revised. The concept of access profile was extended with the definition of what each user can do on the desktop and on the WEB/APP. SaaS customers
Software as a Service – For customers using ManWinWin on remote servers managed by ManWinWin Software.
If you are a SaaS customer, you don’t have to worry, we take care of everything. The update to ManWinWin 7 will be done automatically, you will only receive an email notification when the ManWinWin Desktop and/or ManWinWin WEB update is performed.

ManWinWin Express and Start Customers
ManWinWin Express (free version for up to 100 equipment) and ManWinWin Start (version for up to 250 equipment).
If you are an Express or Start customer, just run the new ManWinWin 7 installation setup and follow the steps until the end.
When starting the new ManWinWin 7 for the first time your database will be automatically updated and everything will be ready to work.
